Description
This German Hefeweizen is made with over 50% wheat and a touch of carawheat (bringing the color to dark yellow/light orange). It is brewed true to style with all the hefeweizen banana (yeast) character you could want, while having a small twist of a noticeable German hop character. This is similar to a "hopfenweisse" style, such as the one made by Schneider Weisse.
