Over 18 Policy

• Purchases can only be made by persons aged 18 or over.
• The recipient of the goods MUST also be a minimum of 18 years old.
• In completing this order you are confirming that both the person placing the order and the recipient of the goods ordered are aged 18 years or over.

Availability

• In the event of shortage of a particular item we reserve the right to substitute with goods of similar or higher value and quality.
• For wines the vintage year may vary from those shown.
• All wines are 75cl unless otherwise stated.

Prices and Payment

• All prices include applicable Irish Duty rates.
• Payment must be made in full prior to good being despatched, failing which Molloy's Liquor Stores may at its discretion refuse to effect delivery.
• All goods are the property of Molloy's Liquor Stores until all goods and all outstanding debts to Molloy's Liquor Stores have been paid in full.
