The Molloy Group would like its users to read the following Privacy Statement as illustration of our compliance with the Data Protection Acts of 1988 and 2003 with regards to the processing of information collected on our site.

• The Molloy Group site does not use cookies.
• The Molloy Group utilises Microsoft IIS web server which monitors and logs IP information from all visitors to the site. This information does not contain any personal details of users and is stored and accessed strictly for statistical purposes.
• The Molloy Group registration process allows customers to opt out from future marketing. In this way, if the customer chooses, Molloy Group will not send any information.  Any data transmitted is held confidential to the Molloy Group and will not be furnished to third parties.
• From time to time Molloy Group may conduct Customer Research to help us offer our Customers all the services they are looking for. If customers do not want to be contacted regarding Customer Research, they may choose so at the registration process.
