Australian winemaking techniques bring out the best fruit flavours in these estate-produced wines. The Sauvignon Blanc was named Wine of the Week in the Irish Times– it is refreshing and dry, with flinty and lemony characters and a slightly smoky twist.  The Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied, with ripe blackcurrant fruit, vanilla and a mildly peppery finish, with slightly firm tannins.
